Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place your jewelry or apparel in its original gift box and shipping carton, ensuring the return slip is enclosed before sealing.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
